Data protection
How we handle your personal data
Masked identity data
Passport and ID numbers are stored masked (for example ****1234). Bank details are kept as tokenised references only, never as raw account numbers.
Consent before use
Every form that collects personal data has a clear consent checkbox, and nothing is submitted automatically without your confirmation.
Expiry alerts
Passport, visa and permit expiry dates trigger reminders 60 days and 30 days in advance, for you and for our compliance team.
Right to deletion
You can ask us to delete your profile at any time. We keep only the records the law requires us to retain.
