M/s. Meridian Tours and Travels is a licensed recruiting agent and travel company based in Gurugram. We source, prepare and deploy Indian workers for verified European employers, while Voynova EOR Partner India manages their employment and compliance after arrival.
Our story
Built by people who saw the problem from both sides
Voynova Global Solutions started by helping employers in Serbia and Greece fill shortages they could not fill locally. The workers arrived — but too often they arrived confused, overcharged by sub-agents in India, and holding a contract they had never read.
Meridian was created to fix that side of the pipeline. As a licensed recruiting agent with our own travel desk, we control the whole journey in India: screening, documents, permits, tickets and pre-departure training. Nothing is outsourced to unlicensed agents.
Today we run four active corridors — Serbia, Greece, Croatia and Romania — and every worker we place is employed and supported in Europe by our own group company.
